So what’s the footy equivalent of a halfway house? TFC?
He messed up (understatement of the year, I know), but he does get judged differently to other players.
Being a canadian hockey player, this is the aspect of footy that is funny — relatively. A bit of a “battle in front of the net”, a shoving match, and everyone (in England) wants him banned for life. Shoulda smacked Tevez harder btw..
the problem with footy is that fans are pretty much the stupidest fans there are. they see the players doing it on the pitch, they feel it’s ok to do it themselves. they actually feel compelled to replicate it.
