  1. The Czechs are a pretty poor team, very unconvincing second half. Can’t see Poland not winning and advancing to the next round agree with KJ there.

    Greece also started two new centerbacks in that game, can’t help but wonder if that inexperience cost them those two opening goals.

    Russia can look dominant and entirely vulnerable in the same game. I don’t think that bodes well when they play some superior competition. If Kherzakov starts to shoot on target, they might have enough offensive firepower to overcome their spastic defense and lack of possession but otherwise I’m not confident about their chances.

    • Agree with you, for sure the new defenders let them down in the opening minutes. Smart move by the Czechs to exploit it early.
