The next time a stomach ache holds you back from putting in a solid shift remember the exploits of one Dimitar Berbatov — the man with an arm for a leg and leg for an arm, errr, wrong guy. After breaking a rib in the first half not only did Berbatov continue on, he put Fulham ahead 3-2 in the 88th minute.
