We didn’t dismiss it; we didn’t address it because the event happened less than 24 hours beforehand and there was little reliable information to make pronouncements about. Chelsea made a very serious accusation, one that could public destroy Clattenburg’s career, so we proceeded with caution. It’s also clear you haven’t been reading the blog over the last year or so, which has addressed the serious question of racism on an ongoing basis.
