Santi Cazorla has been staying in a hotel for a month, and Mikel Arteta has been kind enough to show the young man the ropes. Reminds me that while Simon Kuper wrote once of the problem with clubs not properly settling expensive new signings, some of that work is clearly being ceded to the more senior overseas players within the club.
There’s also a little ballwashing for Arsenal fans, considering how willing they both are to compare the team with the tiki-taka ethos in Spain. Something for everyone!
