You’re Shitting Me

The Toronto Blue Jays are kidding me, right? There’s no way an organization that has done less for its fans could possibly . . . ugh . . . I don’t even think I can go on.

Rogers Baseball Operations has INCREASED the cost of season tickets. INCREASED!

What the fuck?

I’m completely dumbfounded how this team, THIS TEAM, could possibly piss and shit all over the fans in yet another way, after the major dicking they gave us in The Lost Season.

How!?!? How can they possibly justify increasing season ticket prices as much as 56% in some cases, all while eliminating the perks that come with purchasing season tickets?

They have literally increased the cost while drastically decreasing the quality of the product, and that’s not even taking into account the reduced payroll of the squad that the organization is expecting people to purchase tickets at this outlandish price to see.

And now, word breaks that they’re considering an increase in single-game tickets. What the fuck!?!?!?!

What’s their justification for the possible increase?

According to Jason Diplock, “The American League team is exploring ways to ‘simplify’ for the consumer a rather convoluted process that currently exists for purchasing seats.

What fucking convoluted process is that? The fucking one where you walk up to the fucking ticket window, ask for a fucking ticket and then pay for the fucking ticket?

This is mind blowing. I’m astounded that any organization in business, let alone baseball, could be this out of touch with its fans. Fucking unbelievable.
