- Jrue Holiday (PHI): +1 (88)
- Dwight Howard (LAL): -3 (89)
- Daniel Gibson (CLE): Injured -5 (60)
- Kyrie Irving (CLE): +3 (88)
- Steve Nash (LAL): -2 (83)
- Chris Paul (LAC): Injured -12 (82)
- Tiago Splitter (SA): +6 (70)
- Jerry Stackhouse (NJ): -2 (67)
- Royce White (HOU): 68
- Sam Young (IND): Added (60)
- For some reason, Alvin Gentry is still head coach of the Phoenix Suns
