After striking out for the third time last night, Travis Snider’s frustrations boiled over as he snapped his 32 oz. baseball bat like it was a twig over his right knee.
He then threw the two pieces to the ground in disgust.
Four innings later, the new bat, clearly afraid for its life, hit a two out double off of Ivan Nova to win the game in the bottom of the tenth inning.

That was actually his third — the second broke on the Rivera groundout.
Somewhere out there, Bo Jackson smiles at what he hath wrought.
