Josh Hamilton recently appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, and as scintillating as the interview was in a Frost/Nixon sort of way, the real highlight was the late night talks show host tossing meatballs to the Texas Rangers outfielder outside the studio on 53rd Street.

Actually, I take that back. The real highlight is Samuel L. Jackson’s ability to hit the strike zone with his batting practice pitches. Were you watching, Kyle Drabek?
