Rogers Clemens is back in court after the prosecution’s previous attempt to string him up ended in a mistrial. Today, United States District Court Judge Reggie Walton ruled Clemens will face trial for perjury after denying Clemens’ request to have all charges dismissed. While Clemens legal team has the option to appeal the decision, the federal judge set a new trial date for April 17th.

I’m sure I’m not alone in finding this whole thing a tedious ordeal from which no good will come. Lying while under oath is bad, obviously. But the entire witchhunt that landedzzzzzzzzzzzz
