Bungles In The Outfield

Oakland outfielders Yoenis Cespedes and Josh Reddick may have made baseball history last night when they dropped balls mid-transfer on back-to-back plays. I’m not sure if we’ve seen such a mess before. It was an eventful evening for Cespedes, who also drew the ire of the curmudgeon set when he took his time watching a home run in the fourth inning. The Athletics fell to the Seattle Mariners by a final score of 7-3.

Have a gander at this circus.

  1. I see the score was the same on both plays. Did Seattle score on the second one at least?

  2. got no problem with him admiring his mammoth shot

  3. The only thing I dislike about baseball is the prevalence of the No Fun Police.
