Josh Hamilton is good at the baseballs. He hits the baseballs well. Last night, he hit all the baseballs. They went over the wall four times. That doesn’t happen very often. Probably something worth talking about. That and the monumental collapse of ersatz Jays closer Francisco Cordero.

Another thing worth talking about: the walk year phenomenon. Sure, guys want to put it all together during their season ahead of free agency but big money deals don’t all go sour right from the start. It is our “Narrative versus the Numbers” discussion.
