Mets reliever, Jon Rauch, who has been unavailable to the the team after experiencing pain in his elbow, gave his own update on twitter today on whether or not he would be in the bullpen for the weekend series against the Yankees.
Came to the field early this morning to throw – elbow is good. Will be back in the ‘pen with the guys tonight! #LGM!

Rauch on the season has recorded one save in 22.2 innings. He’s posted a 58.0 LOB%, well below his 73.2% for his career.
As much as Rauch sucked for the Jays I will always fondly remember his big freak out and Farrell trying to hold him back.
Yikes, this is good news for Rauch and his mother and that’s about it. The Mets’ bullpen is a mess.
