Last night, two more pitchers joined the one-hitter club in 2012, as Ervin Santana dominated the Diamondbacks, recording the 18th one-hitter in Angels history. The Orioles Jason Hammel was just as dominant, silencing the Braves, en route to the first one-hitter for Baltimore since September 28, 2006, when Daniel Cabrera one-hit the New York Yankees.

Both performances are worth recognition, but this being Father’s Day, we’d be remiss not to also mention the 10 best father-son combos in MLB history.

2. Bobby and Barry Bonds

3. Felipe and Moises Alou

4. Sandy Sr., Jr., and Roberto Alomar

5. Gus and Buddy Bell

6. Ray, Bob, Bret and Aaron Boone

7. Cecil and Prince Fielder

9. Mel and Todd Stottlemyre

10. Hal and Brian McRae
