Let’s try this again. The New York Yankees managed to stick around in the postseason for one more day thanks to some heavy rains that would eventually fall in Detroit last evening. The Tigers and Yankees will attempt to go at it in Game Four once again this afternoon, where the probability of precipitation is 60%. The day may have changed, but little else has.

The Yankees will send C.C. Sabathia to the mound to try and extend their season, while the Tigers will counter with Max Scherzer. Alex Rodriguez will be held out of the lineup and Curtis Granderson, too.
