Mets utilityman Jordany Valdespin was hit in the…above-mentioned body part with a pitch by Tigers ace Justin Verlander while attempting to lay down a bunt this afternoon. The fastball touched 94 on the stadium gun though I bet Valdespin’s personal recording device registered it much, much faster.
Verlander’s fastball touched 94 MPH on the gun. And by “the gun” I mean Valdespin’s penis.
