Today’s “The MMA Show with Mauro Ranallo” podcast featured an interview with Stefan “Skyscraper” Struve, the UFC heavyweight who battles Dave “Pee Wee” Herman at UFC on FUEL TV 1 next week. Struve talked about his submission victory over Pat Barry, maturing as a fighter, and how much he expects to tower over Herman when they fight.

“I think it’s going to look like we’re fighting in a different weight class. I’m at 265 right now and I’m six inches taller than him. I think he’s going to come in around 240 so I think the weight’s going to be a big difference. (In the future) I want to be a monster at 265. I want to be 290-300 pounds, cut down to 265 at weigh ins, and then step into the Octagon at 300 pounds the next day. I want people to look at me and say ‘Man, I don’t feel like fighting this guy.’”
