We’ve heard that players are having financial problems as a result of the lockout, but this represents a new low.

Raheem Brock was arrested after allegedly walking out on a $27 bar bill last night in Philadelphia, according to MyFoxPhilly.com.

That report cites a source who claims there was a “minor struggle” before Brock surrendered to the cops, which makes sense considering that the former Eagle, Colt, Titan and Seahawk (and current free agent) was charged with resisting arrest in addition to theft.

Meanwhile, a young lady that Philadelphia Magazine is calling Brock’s female companion tweeted that she had the worst night of her life. She was charged with theft, but not resisting arrest. So it all adds up, right?
