Injury designations have been announced for all eight teams playing this weekend. Here’s the final report of the week, along with our spin.

Saints at 49ers

Out: TE John Gilmore (toe), WR Lance Moore (hamstring)

Questionable: LB Jonathan Casillas (knee)

Probable: S Roman Harper (ankle), WR Robert Meachem (knee), LB Jonathan Vilma (knee)

GLS ANALYSIS: It’s big news that Harper returned to limited practice Thursday and Friday. The Saints were without Moore last week, and it’s safe to say the offense survived.

Questionable: CB Chris Culliver (knee, illness), WR Ted Ginn (ankle), DT Ray McDonald (hamstring), TE Delanie Walker (jaw), WR Kyle Williams (concussion)

GLS ANALYSIS: The return of Walker would be nice, but they’re in great shape regardless. Ray McDonald has been practicing all week.

Broncos at Patriots

Out: WR Eric Decker (knee), LS Lonie Paxton (not injury related)

Doubtful: S Brian Dawkins (neck)

Probable: S David Bruton (achilles), DE Elvis Dumervil (ankle), TE Daniel Fells (ankle), LB Von Miller (thumb)

GLS ANALYSIS: Not having Decker didn’t hurt Tim Tebow against the Steelers, but he’s a good, physical receiver and was Tebow’s favorite target during the regular season. The Broncos have also gotten used to life without Dawkins and with Miller and Dumervil less than 100 percent. It’ll be tough to adjust to life without the long snapper Paxton, especially with his backup Chris Kuper (also a starting guard) out for the year.

Questionable: CB Kyle Arrington (foot), T Marcus Cannon (ankle), S Patrick Chung (knee), G Dan Connolly (groin), LB Dane Fletcher (thumb), S James Ihedigbo (shoulder), G Logan Mankins (knee), LB Rob Ninkovich (hip), WR Matt Slater (shoulder), LB Brandon Spikes (knee), T Sebastian Vollmer (back, foot), WR Wes Welker (knee), LB Tracy White (abdomen)

GLS ANALYSIS: A lot of important players were limited throughout the week, but expect them all to play Saturday night. The offensive line is healthier than it’s been all season.

Texans at Ravens

Probable: LB Mister Alexander (shoulder), CB Jason Allen (thumb), LB Bryan Braman (neck), G Mike Brisiel (ankle), DE Tim Bulman (calf), RB James Casey (knee, foot), DT Shaun Cody (knee), TE Owen Daniels (hand, knee), TE Joel Dreessen (knee), WR Andre Johnson (knee), CB Johnathan Joseph (hip), CB Sherrick McManis (ankle), C Chris Myers (knee), S Troy Nolan (ankle), LB Brooks Reed (knee), RB Ben Tate (shoulder), T Eric Winston (calf), QB T.J. Yates (left shoulder)

GLS ANALYSIS: Everyone who matters is practicing fully, aside from Daniels, who was limited all week.

Questionable: LB Brendon Ayanbadejo (thigh), LB Jameel McClain (knee)

Probable: WR Anquan Boldin (knee), LB Dannell Ellerbe (head), CB Jimmy Smith (head), G Marshal Yanda (chest), S Tom Zbikowski (head)

GLS ANALYSIS: McClain is a bit of a concern as a game-time decision, but injuries aren’t much of a factor in this game.

Giants at Packers

Out: LB Mark Herzlich (ankle)

Probable: RB Ahmad Bradshaw (foot, back), S Deon Grant (quadricep), CB Aaron Ross (concussion), RB Da’Rel Scott (knee), DE Osi Umenyiora (ankle, knee), RB Danny Ware (concussion), CB Corey Webster (hamstring)

GLS ANALYSIS: Umenyiora and Bradshaw were limited Friday, but that’s been the case for quite a while.

Doubtful: LB Rob Francois (hamstring)

Probable: T Bryan Bulaga (knee), T Chad Clifton (hamstring, back), WR Randall Cobb (groin), C Evan Dietrich-Smith (illness), WR Greg Jennings (knee), RB James Starks (ankle)

GLS ANALYSIS: Clifton will be back to face Jason Pierre-Paul and Co. But it’s a bit concerning that he missed Friday’s practice. Jennings and Starks will be active Sunday for the first time in several weeks.
