UPDATE: Bennett and Brown are both listed as questionable to return.
The New York Giants are down early to the Cleveland Browns, and to make matters worse, running back Andre Brown left the game with a head injury, suffered on a kick off return, while tight end Martellus Bennett also left with a knee injury.

With Brown out early, the Giants have continued to give the ball to starter Ahmad Bradshaw, who has rushed for 35 yards on six carries. The Browns defense has allowed 4.3 yards per carry this season, so if the Giants go up in this game, Bradshaw could post big fantasy numbers. If Brown doesn’t return, the Giants may have to give a few carries to rookie David Wilson, who has only eight yards on six carries this year.
If Bennett can’t return, the Giants, already missing receiver Hakeem Nicks, will likely throw the ball more often to rookie Rueben Randle and seventh year man Domenik Hixon. Their number one target, Victor Cruz, has 11 yards on two receptions.
