Washington Redskins rookie Robert Griffin III has left the game against the Atlanta with an apparent head injury. Griffin was injured after being hit by Falcons linebacker Sean Weatherspoon. He has returned to the locker room with trainers and is questionable to return.

On the day, Griffin had completed ten passes on 15 attempts for 91 yards. Quarterback Kirk Cousins, who was drafted by the Redskins in the fourth round of the 2012 draft, is in the game for Washington.
