On a selfish note this is good news for me–in AP we trust– but for those less jaded, Christian Ponder will be without a key contributor when the Vikings take on Detroit in a monumental clash in Minneapolis.
To date Harvin has 63 receptions for 677 yards and three touchdowns. Though the Vikings don’t have much depth at Wide Receiver, expect first round bust Michael Jenkins to get more looks than usual.
