Geno Smith is considered the top quarterback prospect in the 2013 NFL Draft. However, early reviews of the young QB have been less than stellar.
Today, ESPN’s Merril Hoge watched Smith throw and had less than flattering words. According to a tweet from Evan Silva, Hoge said that in recent memory he had “never seen a more inconsistent thrower than Geno Smith.” One bad review isn’t likely to spoil Smith’s ranking but it could, perhaps, be a bad sign of things to come.
