Super Bowl XLVII - Baltimore Ravens v San Francisco 49ers

UPDATE: According to Adam Schefter, Boldin expects to play in Baltimore next season.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Anquan Boldin has rejected the team’s latest offer to reduce his $6 million salary, according to ProFootballTalk. Last month, Boldin indicated he wouldn’t play for another team if he was cut by the Ravens, but it appears he may be on his way to becoming an unrestricted free agent.

According to USA Today, Boldin is due to a $ 6 million base salary in 2013 with a $7.531 cap hit. Sean covered more on Boldin’s cap hit here.

Last season, Boldin recorded 65 receptions for 921 yards and four touchdowns. The former draft pick of the Arizona Cardinals enjoyed an outstanding post-season, scoring four touchdowns, while making key third down catches in the Super Bowl.
