The San Francisco 49ers are reportedly interested in free agent corner back Nnamdi Asomugha. Asomugha was released by the Philadelphia Eagles this week. According to reports, there are four teams (Texans, Broncos, Cardinals and the 49ers) that are interested in acquiring the services of the corner.

Asomugha made the Pro Bowl in each of his first 3 seasons with the Oakland Raiders. He was signed to the Eagles as part of their “dream team” revamp but never again found the touch that he had in Oakland.
