He is the face of the Chicago Bears defence and yet for some reason, Brian Urlacher has not been a priority for the team this off-season. The Bears have thrown money at LT Jermon Bushrod and TE Martellus Bennett, while Urlacher waited his turn.
It seems that Urlacher is tired of waiting. The Chicago Tribune is reporting that the Vikings have spoke with Urlacher’s camp. Minnesota will potentially have a huge void at middle linebacker if Jasper Brinkley (who visited with the Giants on Wednesday) doesn’t re-sign.
According to the report, Urlacher is looking for a deal that would pay him roughly $5 million per season.
