Cleveland Browns v Denver BroncosElvis Dumervil’s agent has told the Miami Herald his client is interested in joining the Miami Dolphins.

Dumervil, a Miami native, was released by the Broncos after a fax machine snafu resulted, that stated the pass rusher would agree to a pay cut, in the required paperwork arriving minutes after the league imposed deadline.

Marty Magid, Dumervil’s agent, told the Herald’s Barry Jackson that a handful of teams have called about Dumervil and that he will reach out to teams that will fit his client’s skill set.

Jackson reports it would be tricky, but not impossible, for the Dolphins to sign Jake Long and Dumervil while still having money left over for the draft and other free agent needs.
