According to Steve Tisch, the chairman and executive vice president of the New York Giants, he wouldn’t be surprised if another NFL team made a move for Giants’ restricted free agent Victor Cruz.
Speaking to reporters at the NFL annual meeting in Phoenix, Giants chairman and executive vice president Steve Tisch said that an offer sheet for Cruz was “probable,” Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post reported Sunday.
Although the list of teams that would be interested in having Cruz is probably quite long, apparently it does not include the Indianapolis Colts.
While talking to reporters at the annual NFL meeting in Phoenix, Colts owner Jim Irsay indicated that the team is targeting a wide receiver, but that wide receiver isn’t Victor Cruz.
