The Houston Texans have re-signed nickel CB Brice McCain, according to a tweet by John McClain.
Rotoworld is reporting the deal is for three years. McCain recorded 24 tackles and one interception last season, playing in just 461 snaps. He started two games in place of an injured Johnathan Joseph.
The 26-year old was graded as one of the worst free agent CB’s by Pro Football Focus. After losing Alan Ball to the Jaguars, re-signing McCain became a priority.
