Te’o, who ran a disappointing 4.82 in the 40-yard dash at the combine, has been in the headlines since the National Championship game between Notre Dame and Alabama after a being the focus of a hoax involving a fake girlfriend. In a recent mock draft at NFL.com, Te’o was projected to go as early as 20th to the Bears and as late as 25th to the Vikings.
