Made possible by DraftStreet.

Over the past few weeks, DraftStreet has offered theScore readers an exclusive opportunity to enter a $1,000 fantasy football contest for absolutely free. It’s been fun, and also a little bit embarrassing – it ends up that the Detroit Lions defense and special teams aren’t exactly a fantasy dynamo.

By now, you’ve likely learned two things about DraftStreet: 1) Its weekly salary cap fantasy football games are incredibly easy to play; and 2) theScore’s weekly picks are incredibly easy to beat. Both these lessons will prove valuable this week because DraftStreet’s offer has been ramped up to include more money and a fun new element called Beat The Experts.

Not only is there $2500 in guaranteed prize money this time, but each entrant can win an additional $5 simply by beating theScore. If previous weeks are anything to go by, this shouldn’t prove too difficult a task. This is how the payout works:

For a chance at the $600 grand prize, the cost to you is only $11. If you deposit right now, DraftStreet will also offer a 100% bonus for those who add up to $200 to their account.

As always, selecting a team is very easy. You’re given a $100,000 salary cap, and each player is assigned a price by DraftStreet. You select a roster of players to cover these positions: 2 QBs, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 2 FLEX, and 1 Defense/Special Teams. Once you’ve selected a roster for the coming week’s action, you receive points based on how the players on your team perform. The teams with the most points get the prize money. It’s just like a regular fantasy league, only you’re playing week-to-week.

Your roster must be decided before 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, so you have until then to create your winning team.

Since 2010, over 250,000 players have tried Draftstreet, earning more than $60,000,000 in winnings. To get in on the money, all you have to do is follow these three steps:

1.  Sign up at Draftstreet;

2.  Pick your favorite NFL players; and

3.  Beat theScore.
