The Buccaneers have reportedly agreed to terms on a five-year deal with safety Dashon Goldson, according to Adam Schefter on twitter.

The 27-year-old Quin has spent the last four seasons with the Texans after being drafted in the fourth round by Houston in 2009.  Quin recorded 64 tackles, two interceptions and a sack in 16 games with the Texans last season, piling up 250 total tackles over his four-year NFL career.

UPDATE: Pro Football Talk is reporting that the deal has been agreed to and that Wallace is already taking a physical to finalize it.

Other than a report Tuesday morning that the Vikings may outbid them, it’s been a pretty safe bet that the Dolphins would sign Mike Wallace when free agency opened today.

Now it appears closer than ever, with Wallace reportedly in Miami right now negotiating a five-year deal with the Dolphins that Adam Schefter says “is ‘very, very likely’ to get done.”

Omar Kelly and John Clayton have since reported that the deal will be for five years and $65 million (13 million per year), with $30 million guaranteed.
