The NHL has released its 2010-11 Rule Enforcement video, which features a special emphasis on illegal hits to the head. Of note is the section on “clipping”, which features highlights of Darcy Tucker’s infamous low hit on Michael Peca from a few years ago. As it stands, this Rule Enforcement video might be the only highlight package Tucker will find himself in this season.
