Seems to me this whole shootout thing just might have some staying power. Neat.

We saw two spectacular shootout goals tonight. The first come courtesy of Montreal’s Benoit Pouliot, who channeled his inner Peter Forsberg to score the game-winner and beat the Penguins…

Then the red-hot Mikhail Grabovski helped to save the Leafs from pulling a Team Canada. Toronto coughed up a three-goal lead in the third period against St. Louis, but held on to force overtime. They held on again during the shootout, with Grabovski channeling his, ummm, Linus Omark?

Dan Ellis would not be pleased…
