  1. This podcast was fantastistic. Justin Bourne should think less and blurt more. The results are great.

If the Devils win the Stanley Cup today, who wins the Conn Smythe?
JB @ ~14:55: If I had to pick right now, I would pick Zac Parise… ahh, or Kovalchuk. Dammit, I’m torn!

That was straight out of the Bridge of Death scene from Monty Python’s The Holy Grail.
“Blue. No, yelloooooooooowww!” (Always worth a watch, @~2:15: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wTuojHso3YA)

JB @~17:55: I hate Mark Messier, by the way.
    RP: *small gasp* What?

Seriously, go back and listen to that. When talking about the nitpicky, concrete things we all use to stoke our dislike for a celebrity athlete, the only thing JB mentions is… purple sunglasses. (Hilarious, but what the eff are you TALKING about?)

The conversation proceeds and, finally, we get: Messier = puppies + money. As far as I’m concerned, that is now a hockey postulate.

    So great! Thanks.
