Tomas Vanek finds himself atop the NHL scoring leaderboard as of this morning after putting up five points (three goals and two assists) against the Boston Bruins last night. He leap-frogged Joe Thornton and Patrick Marleau who are stuck on a ho-hum total of 14 points with his 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th last night.

Here are the three goals he scored – a one-timer off a 2-on-1, a savvy re-direct, and a naaasty dangle on a semi-breakaway.
