Injury report

Philadelphia: No injuries reported.

Hey, it’s these sad sacks again! Remember when the Raptors spanked ths Sixers by 21 points just last week? That was awesome! And that was in Philly! How much are the Raptors going to win by in Toronto? Forty?

I have now turned off the “facetious” sign so we can discuss this game as seriously as it merits — which is to say, not at all. Look, the Sixers are in a bad way right now. They’ve lost four of their last five games and the ninth-place Milwaukee Bucks are only two games behind them in the Eastern Conference standings with nine games to go in the regular season. Philly really needs a win tonight, and the Raptors really should not go out of their way to try to win this game… or any game for the rest of the season. I fully expect the Raptors to be on the other end of a blowout tonight.

And now for something completely different: Chris Bosh acting like a lizard…

  1. So here’s a question: remember way back in 2006 when we won the first overall pick and took Bargnani with it?

Remember that Chris Bosh wanted us to take Aldridge? Wouldn’t he look great in a Raptors uniform right about now…

Of course, if we had taken Aldridge and Bosh had stayed, then we’d probably be stuck in .500 hell right now, so maybe it’s just as well.
