Is this the greatest in-game photo of Valanciunas you've ever seen?

With the first of the two Olympic teams we’re focused on getting things under way at 6am ET this morning, you might understand why I don’t have an Olympic thoughts post for this evening.

But if the comments section is any indication, you guys have been wanting another installment of RaptorBlog Radio for a while, and here at RaptorBlog, your wish is our command.

The Raptors finished the NBA’s Las Vegas Summer League with a 2-3 record, but for the hundredth time, Summer League isn’t about numbers, records and statistics. For us, it should be about trying to get a grasp on certain players’ NBA talents.

Terrence Ross wowed the crowd, continued to show off his silky smooth game and ultimately helped the Raptors earn their first Summer League victory.

Ed Davis and Terrence Ross appeared to be the only players on the court for the Raptors for the majority of this game, as Toronto fell to 0-3 in Summer League action.

If you want to know how bad this game was, the NBA TV broadcast team, which included Sam Mitchell, spent the entire second half trying to convince us that the Raptors were “still in this game,” despite the deficit fluctuating between 12 and 20.
