I think I’ve misunderestimated Josh Smith in the comedy department. Between all the scowling, fighting with Mike Woodson, and general surliness, I thought he was a humorless fellow. Wrong-o.
First, he dropped the line of the summer — “Can’t eat sushi in Utah, brother. Landlocked.” — and now he’s shaving his body, mugging for the camera and just being a bit of a goofball as he plugs his new shoe, the adidas adiZero Infiltrate. Yeah, he gets his requisite tough looks in at the end, but it’s been a good offseason for J-Smoove as far as funny commercials go.
Oh, and because I’m a weirdo, I had to know if Josh Smith really does shave his legs.
