Here are tonight’s games, sure to be not quite as good as last night’s game. No offense, December 16, but your older brother had some serious action go down. You have a lot to live up to, Buster.
San Antonio Spurs at Denver Nuggets
Finally, a meeting of the undrafted Garys. We’ve all been waiting for this for a long time. I don’t mean to be presumptuous, but this might be the best basketball year for Garys since Messrs. Trent and Payton were doing their thing. Heady times.
Atlanta Hawks at Boston Celtics
Still no Joe Johnson for the Hawks, so I present to you this question: Will the Hawks score 80 points tonight? Something to watch for, for sure.
Washington Wizards at New Jersey Nets
Whichever team wins tonight gets their seventh win of the season. Exciting stuff.
“Funniest Commercials of the Year” (TBS — 10pm ET)
I remember being very excited to watch this every year when I was a kid. Now there’s YouTube, so this will probably be like watching “America’s Funniest Home Videos” even though the Internet exists. Still, it’s hosted by the Old Spice guy, so that might be fun.
“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” (FX — 10pm ET)
Christmas special time for the gang. Not sure if that means we’ll see cats wearing mittens, but that definitely seems seasonally appropriate.
