Sup, dawgs. Basketball is happening tonight and the way the schedule is, umm, scheduled, you’re going to have some nice segues from great games in to mindless entertainment. Pretty much the perfect setup to watch pro hoops, as far as I’m concerned. Those late games should be all dunks and silliness, just like they are tonight.

Dallas Mavericks at Miami Heat
Oh, this is going to be good. Two teams who have put together double-digit win streaks and are both top 10 offensively and defensively. Smiles, all around.

Phoenix Suns at San Antonio Spurs
It’d be nice if the Suns had all of their new guys to face their rivals, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Nonetheless, these games are always good. Remember the Goran Dragic game? The Spurs do. Smiles, again.

Houston Rockets at Golden State Warriors
For a game between two teams that have a combined 21 wins, this should be an entertaining watch. Both teams have gone over 100 points in both of their matchups this season, plus Aaron Brooks is back in limited duty. Fans of tiny guards who kind of look like frogs should be very excited.

Minnesota Timberwolves at Los Angeles Clippers
If this is anything like the time Michael Beasley hit that pull-up jumper to win the last matchup between these two teams, then this’ll be fun. If it’s not anything like that, then this’ll be a game between the Timberwolves and Clippers. Let’s hope for the former.

Orlando Magic at Atlanta Hawks
Joe Johnson’s back, the Magic get all their new players and both teams could really use a win. If it weren’t for the Hawks’ propensity for boring games, this would be way higher on the list. Nonetheless, there’s potential here.
