The All-Tool Team?
Me too, Chris. Plus, I play on both sqads.
Ok, I need help on the Chris Bosh stuff now. When I read the quote, my first thought was “what a douche.” But the line itself is pretty benign and wouldn’t get a second thought if it had come from Monta Ellis or LaMarcus Aldridge. This is the whole “Like a Bosh” effect, right? The accumulation of evidence of Bosh’s loser-dom in recent months? Because I am reasonably sure that there is nothing that he could say or do at this point that wouldn’t make 97% of NBA fans want to kick him in the shins.
I didn’t make the All Star team in my head this season, but it probably has more to do with the fact that I’m self-deprecating and not my actual talent level. I’m pretty sure I can rebound with the best of ‘em. And by best I mean Brook Lopez.
I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the quote. It’s just very, very funny. Chris Bosh is like, “I’m good. Don’t worry about it. Got my brain All-Star Game anyway.”
I booed that quote.
It’s also funny how he imagines himself with Dwight Howard’s shoulders…
Well, wouldn’t you if you were him?
