Judging by the quantity and quality of tonight’s games, you might think the NBA realized that tonight was the start of the Sweet Sixteen. You’d be right.

New Orleans Hornets at Utah Jazz
Yep, this is the best game tonight — a matchup between a team that is currently seventh in the Western Conference against a team that is 11th and fading fast. Probably a bit more enticing when the schedule was made and this would have been Chris Paul vs. Deron Williams. Now, yikes.

Minnesota Timberwolves at Dallas Mavericks
Somehow, Hornets/Jazz is still better than this. I guess? Who knows, this could be a night when the Mavs decide to chill on defense and just score a bunch. That’d be fun.

No. 2 San Diego State Aztecs vs. No. 3 UCONN Huskies
Kemba Walker is the name everybody knows, and that’s for a reason. Kawhi Leonard is one that everyone should because he is very good at jumping. You’ll see both in the NBA next year.

No. 2 Florida Gators vs. No. 3 BYU Cougars
Jimmer Jimmer Jimmer.

No. 1 Duke Blue Devils vs. No. 5 Arizona Wildcats
Tune in to see Kyrie Irving (Chris Paul but not as good?) and Arizona’s Derrick Williams (David West without the jumper?). It’s like watching a way worse version of an intrasquad Hornets scrimmage.
