TBJ Top 5, featuring nothing

No NBA tonight, so take this chance to do something special with your free time.

UCONN Huskies vs. Butler Bulldogs (CBS — 9:23pm ET)
Hey, it’s basketball. Plus, one or two of these guys are even good enough to play in the NBA.

Eat a Burrito
Burritos are delicious.

WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (USA — 8pm ET)
I was unaware that the WWE had a Hall of Fame, though I guess that makes sense. This year,  “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan and Shawn Michaels are the headliners. Plus, Drew Carey is being inducted for some reason. Definitely tune in for that part.

Tonight Show (NBC — 1130pm ET)
Tracy Morgan is the first guest tonight, which means it doesn’t even matter that Jay Leno is the host. Just let Tracy do his thing, man.

Bethenny Ever After (Bravo — 10pm ET)
If you happen to encounter my wife this evening, don’t remind her that this show is new tonight.

  1. Trey, did you catch last nights premiere of “The Killing” on AMC?

  2. “One or two”? Trey your less-than-subtle disses of the NCAA are getting old, just stop it. We get it, you don’t like the NCAA.

One or two of these players could be starters next season in the NBA, in fact Kemba Walker could be a star soon. Overall I’d say five, of these players have NBA potential.

  3. Barachat – after the game, do you now understand why NCAAB is hilarious?

    18.8% shooting from Butler.

The second best college basketball team in the United States, ladies and gentlemen.

  4. yeah I love when people tell me college ball is better than the NBA. Ok…… honestly march madness is more about your bracket and betting than anything else. I’d rather watch the WNBA than college ball. College sports are just so lame to me… I don’t give a rats ass. Those students are exploited and the level of talent is just so diluted and spread around…. its just a joke to compare it to professional sports. I hardly care about 99 percent of the schools. I am so neutral I should be Swiss.

  5. Not one of the players in last night’s game will be a regular starter next year in the league. The game had college talent, not NBA talent.

I think Barachat might be an alias for Isiah Thomas with that quality of scouting

  6. I tried watching the game but it’s just pathetic compared to the NBA. I don’t understand the draw at all.

  7. burrito? don’t you mean taco?
