On today’s NBA Playoff Fix, Skeets and Tas weigh in on Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Topics include: LeBron’s stellar defense — and post-game dig? — on the 2010-11 MVP, Mike Miller’s big fourth Q, the Bulls’ non-existent three-point shooting, Rose’s huge dunk on Canada, Boozer’s game-changing flagrant foul, this “new” Chris Bosh, and a very frugal Timbaland. All that, plus FAN’n UP! Enjoy, and comment away.

  1. Did you guys switch shirts before the show?

Looks like maybe you should have.

  2. Epic win on the Game of Thrones opening!

  3. That game was fucking amazing. Not so much the overtime but the last minutes of the 4th. Two huge possessions with everything on the line and we got to see D Rose go at Lebron. The MVP’s of the last 3 years going one on one with Marv on the mic. It doesn’t get any better.

  4. Just pointing out a little error Tas made, you said Korver fouled CJ Watson when he was hustling back for the ball, didn’t know he could foul his own teammate there lol….I had to do it, he fouled Chalmers btw

  5. Remember this Trey Kerby post – “Beat the Heat”!?

Ironically, the video was made by a Bulls fan.

  6. Linda Cardellini is SO hot…

  7. The Fix is in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. LeBron should make a dig at Rose. Seriously, Rose is the third most valuable player IN THIS SERIES. I know I keep harping on it, but LeBron was the MVP this year. He is the ultimate weapon, as we saw last night.

This is a guy who turned the tides in game 5 against the Celtics because Garnett had scored 12 points in quarter 1. They go to LeBron on him quarter 2 – totally takes him out of his rhythym. Did a superb job denying him the ball. Last night, he’s locking down a small point guard who is one of the quickest guys in the league.

I think he’ll be really effective against Dirk.

  9. Correction – he should make a dig. I don’t actually think it was at Rose. I think he should make a dig at all of the assholes voting for MVP who think it actually means “best player on a team with a bad second best player”. And, for that matter, at the assholes who gave Rose more all-defensive team votes than Dwyane Wade, because that’s absurd.

  10. Nick L., Individual awards in a team game are meaningless, so dismiss accolades bestowed (especially by the media) as nothing of significance and your soul will be possessed of less anger.

    Valid points both, though.
