Over the weekend, after another loss, Orlando Magic captain Dwight Howard told reporters he would play for the Chicago Bulls and “If I could play with Derrick [Rose] right now and God wanted that to happen, it will happen.” This comes on the heels of Dwight mentioning that, yeah, he’d listen to a call from the Celtics if they gave him a ring.

If you’re having trouble keeping up, that’s understandable, since these teams have to be added to the growing list of teams Dwight Howard would play for next season. So to help out, here is a list of teams Dwight is OK playing with next year.

  1. You wouldn’t even mention the Heat? Sweet. That would’ve been awful…. and for Howard: almost as much prioritated as the Magic.

    • see “Yes: Miami Heat”.

      Also: prioritated. Great work.

      • If Trey doesn’t fool me right now, I was sure that the Heat was not listed at first. Well, well. Anywsay it’s fun that D12 really could play for ANYONE but the Magic.

  2. OMG…..he is under contract…take it and bear it…..didn’t knw Superman was such a vagina…

    • It’s giant and gaping. What a cry-baby douche this guy is turning out to be. It’s not like there’s 4 years left on his deal.

    • What is better? To get traded or as the franchise player leave the team with nothing but salary space which they already have enough of

  3. Trey, thats exactly what I think about this whole Howard situation! It is like he’ll play anywhere except Orlando at this point.

    • the pistons need an athletic shotblocker/rebounder/garbage man next to greg monroe

      get it done, joe d

      #dreaming

  4. Under 40 Jewish Rec League? Yes!

  5. If I was Orlando id trade him to the bobcats or some other crappy team. Love Dwight but he should be fined for his comments

  6. Come home big man!

  7. Because there’s a god with an interest (let alone control) in the team this morally bankrupt dimwit represents. And I love the way he sneakily couches it in those terms as if to subdue reproach because it’s divine writ. Maybe the cheerleaders are hotter in Chicago. Smith needs to get rid ASAP and resign before he’s justifiably fired.

  8. I wonder if Ainge is going for the ultimate gamble by keeping all of his expiring contracts in the hope that 1. Howard will come to Boston. 2. The Celtics will get a good pick by tanking or…make the playoffs (either could happen at this point in the season.) 3. He can then try to convince KG and Allen to sign for cheap in the off season for one more attempt at winning a championship. Ainge is crazy, so I wouldn’t put this scheme past him. Not that it will work.

  9. Who is going to watch Dwight’s episode of “The Decision”?

  10. Come to the big D! Dallas!!!
